This Wednesday, we halted at WADHWA KITCHEN, situated at Krishna Nagar, Lucknow. Wadhwa Kitchen is all set to make a comeback after a long time in December 2017. We were invited by Miss Khyatee, the co-owner and had a great time there. Wadhwa Kitchen is renovated and is ready to salivate your mouth with delicacies from across the world.
The very moment we entered the Restaurant, we witnessed a shake corner, which was made with vibrant colors and was decorated beautifully. The restaurant theme was off white and decent Brown combo which gives a very soothing feel in the hustle and bustle of the city. If one is looking for a place to spend some quality time, this place is a big yes. A spacious dine in area is a great add on. now coming to the food varieties they are serving, the have multi cuisine menu.
So the very first thing we tasted was Chilli paneer. With the legitimate piquancy and a perfect blend of spices, it can satiate the taste buds of anyone who is choosy about Indo-Chinese dish. Neither dull nor too spicy, the taste is enough to activate the taste buds. Overall rating for chilli paneer is 4/5.
Another thing that we relished was hara bhara kebab. No wonder spinach could sometimes be tasty. The best thing about kebab was its rich ingredients and tangy spices. The aroma of the spices is so tempting that one would definitely want to have it ‘Thoda Aur’. Chicken tikka was yummy. Red sauce pasta was great as well.
Next up I would suggest you to try Vada Sambhar. Vada is having same enticing taste as any south Indian dish, however the sambhar was just divine. The best thing about dosa and vada was sambhar and chutney. It’s fingerlicking good. 4/5
Other stuffs we liked were Keema Kaleji, Kadhai Paneer, Mutton Nihari, etc. So visiting Wadhwa kitchen was over all a great experience. Would definitely visit this again ad there is a big thumbs up for the authentic food they are serving. The ice cream rolls were damn tasty and deserves a must try after you finish your main course.
Now coming to mocktails and shakes, we tried true blue mojito, kala khatta and oreo shake. Oreo shake is my all time favourite, and it didn’t disappoint me here as well.
Mojito was good in taste. All thanks to chef Akash, who took care of all the food made it tasty.
One more thing which is definitely gonna motivate you try this place is “Sharma sharmi Tea Stall”. They have a small setup of tea stall at corner with multiple colors which made this place vibrant. Though it hasn’t started yet, but is all set to enter this December.
So don’t forget to drop by at it’s Launch. We will notify you soon so you can lock the dates. Come one, come all. Wishing Wadhwa Kitchen all the very best.
